In regards to the self-driving cars becoming mainstream, "the tipping point is when the regulators approve it, because people will buy it...the costs are coming down quickly but as soon as it's commercialized those costs are going to drop dramatically...as soon as the regulators really allow these cars to be operated driverless it will take off...
