Bio

 

Now in a hybrid researcher/administrative role, Rosa manages three research programs at ITS-Davis: 3 Revolutions Future Mobility, Sustainable Freight, and Energy Futures at the Institute of Transportation Studies at University of California, Davis.


Rosa also a trained researcher with a PhD in Environmental Engineering by Rice university and a varied research experience ranging from solvent industry groundwater pollution, to coal-generated air pollution, to Life Cycle Analysis, Fuel Infrastructure, Modeling, and Uncertainty Analysis.  She has conducted integrated energy sustainability analyses taking into account environmental, economic, and technological and policy considerations of transportation fuels, such as biofuels, natural gas, hydrogen, electricity and conventional fuels.
